Ud structural pool on 50 m alloy yacht
Main activities performed
- Demolition of existing structural seats and construction of a new aluminum structure to contain the hydromassage tub;
- Demolition of teak deck and construction of a new one in the area subject to intervention;
- Modification of existing systems, hydraulic and electrical, for connection and interface of the swimming pool management system with creation of a new dedicated system;
- Loading and installation of accessory equipment in the technical room below;
- Creation of curved inspection doors and shaped grating, completely custom;
- Complete grouting and painting of the new structural parts created and the adjacent area;
- Modification and upgrade of the area’s lighting and audio video system;
- Functional tests and tests with register to verify emptying in case of emergency within the required times;
- Stability booklet update with execution of inclination tests;
- Management of all the logistics necessary for the execution of the activities, including aspects related to the disposal of waste related to the work carried out and those of safety;
- Management of production costs and management of customer estimates.
