Main Works carried out:

- Complete dismantling and reconstruction of new laundry area to optimize spaces as per Customer request, including:
- Refurbishment of air and water systems;
- Insulation restoration;
- New flooring and service on appliances and air ducts.
- Crew corridor and cabins renovation
- Replacement flooring and wrapping in the corridor;
- Detailed cleaning of all cabins with the removal of any plastic material;
- Cleaning and sanitizing the fan coil and flooring replacement.
- Crew cabins bathrooms
- General renovation crew bathrooms with silicone and grating remaking in the shower;
- Detailed cleaning with removal of any plastic;
- Toilet replacement;
- Grey and black pipes cleaning.
- Various in the area
- Testing and possible maintenance of valves in the bilge and/or hull;
- Checking the operation of the bilge system;
- Cleaning and treatment of fresh water tanks, including final water analysis;
- Checking and replacing non-functioning underwater lights;
- Complete verification and control of the electrical and lighting system;
- Selection of materials to be used and finishes for the area according to the Client’s requests and assistance in choosing these;
- Planning, coordination and supervision of the activities on board including management of aspects related to the purchase of the materials necessary for the work, chosen by the Client.
